A man is being made to pay for his dastardly act after he was caught carrying a severed human head inside a bag.
A man who is yet to be identified has been arrested by the Police at the Greater Accra campaign launch of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) after being caught with a human head.
According to Ghana Web, the man is said to have carried to the campaign grounds, a severed head of a lady.
He was nearly lynched by angry party supporters who saw him carrying the severed head in a polythene bag at the campaign grounds.
